Catch-all Emails in Web Hosting
If you’ve got a web hosting service with our company and you wish to enable the catch-all functionality for a certain email mailbox that you have in your hosting account, it will take literally only a single mouse click in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia Control Panel to accomplish this. A catch-all button is available to the right of each and every email address that you have created under any domain registered in your account. You can choose one email address per domain by clicking on the corresponding button. This will activate the feature immediately, so all messages sent to miswritten email addresses will be re-sent there. Clicking the button again will deactivate the catch-all feature. If you have activated email forwarding, our system will display a cautionary notification and you won’t be able to enable the catch-all feature until you delete the forwarding or you can simply choose another mailbox to be the catch-all one.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
The catch-all option can be activated without any difficulty in case you’ve got a semi-dedicated server plan with our company. All the email addresses that you’ve created using the domain names hosted in the semi-dedicated server account will be listed in the Hepsia Control Panel’s Email Manager section and you will notice a small-size logo conveniently located right next to each one. With only one click of the mouse, you can activate or deactivate the catch-all option for any mailbox of your choice on the condition that there isn't another mailbox under the same domain name with the option already activated and there isn't enabled email forwarding. Alternatively, you can right-click on a mailbox and activate this option using the context menu that will appear. In case any of the prerequisites for setting up a catch-all mailbox is not matched, our system will let you know, but will not replace or disable anything automatically.
